Adam Holleman, the founder of Focused Point Construction, has a tremendous background in the construction industry. His experience started back in high school where he first felt the calling to building homes. Adam attended Appalachian State University, where he majored in Construction Tech, and minored in Business Management. Adam began his professional career in 2002 at Mercedes Homes. From 2002 - 2012 he served in many roles and received many accolades. His most prized achievement was the 5 years in a row he lead the company in Customer Satisfaction at 100%! When the building industry slowed down and affected the company he was at, Adam felt led to move in a different direction. In 2011 Adam and his wife, Emily, started a custom home construction company, Faithwood Construction. In 2012 Adam teamed up with 2 excellent guys in the custom industry, Allen Durst and David Farmer. From 2012 - 2025, along with the help of a great team, they built a very successful company together.
