Meet Adam Holleman
Adam Holleman, the founder of Focused Point Construction, boasts an impressive and extensive background in the construction industry. His passion for building homes began in high school, and it quickly became clear that this would be his calling.
Adam pursued his interest academically at Appalachian State University, where he earned a degree in Construction Technology with a minor in Business Management.
Mercedes Homes 2002 - 2011
Adam’s professional journey began with Mercedes Homes, holding a variety of roles and garnering numerous accolades over a decade. His most significant achievement was leading the company in Customer Satisfaction for five consecutive years, achieving a remarkable 100% satisfaction rate.
Faithwood Construction 2011 - 2025
As the building industry faced challenges, Adam charted a new course. In 2011, Adam and his wife, Emily, founded Faithwood Construction, a custom home construction company. From 2012 through 2025, Adam had the privilege of working alongside an incredible team of colleagues, trade partners, and industry professionals who helped shape Faithwood into a respected name in the community.
